We collect only the information necessary to provide core app functionality:

• Mobile Number: Used for login and account identification.
• Basic Profile Information: (e.g., Name) used for identification and interaction.
• Transaction Data: Includes transaction amount, merchant identifier (UPI ID), timestamp, and reward-related activity.
• Loyalty Data: Includes visit frequency, reward progress, and reward cycle status.
• App Usage Data: Used to improve app performance and user experience.

2. Camera Permission

The app requests access to your device camera only when you choose to scan a QR code.

• Used exclusively for scanning merchant QR codes
• Not used in the background
• No images or videos are recorded, stored, or shared

Camera access is strictly user-initiated.

3. Storage / Gallery Access

The app may request access to your device storage only when you choose to upload or share an image.

• Used for merchants to upload QR codes during account setup
• Used when a user chooses to share a payment screenshot
• No access to other files or media without user action

Storage access is manual and fully user-controlled.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through external UPI applications such as Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm.

• The app does not process payments directly
• The app does not store bank or card details

5. Payment Information Handling

The app may process limited information from user-shared payment screenshots.

• Occurs only when a user voluntarily shares a screenshot
• Only basic transaction details (amount, merchant identifier, timestamp) may be read
• Used only within the app to support transaction-related features

No financial credentials are accessed or stored.

6. Loyalty Data and Merchant Analytics

The app processes transaction-related data to operate the loyalty reward system.

• Customer name
• Transaction amount
• Visit frequency
• Reward progress

This data is used to calculate rewards, track reward cycles, and reset progress after completion.

Merchants can access only their own customer data via a dashboard to analyze engagement and improve retention.

We do not use this data for advertising and do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

7. Data Usage

We use collected data to enable QR-based merchant identification, support reward features, provide analytics, and improve app functionality.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is used only within the app.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account from within the app. All associated data is permanently removed.

11. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for users under the age of 13.

We may update this policy from time to time.
